Future Jewellery Short Course

How do you visualise yourself in 10, 20, 30 years of time? What lifestyle will you have? What jewellery would you wear? Make a futuristic jewellery that you’d gift yourself in 1, 2,… 10, 20, 50 years of time?

In this Future Jewellery Short Course, sentimental jewellery designer Vivian Qiu will guide you in a design journey to source inspirations from our memories and stories to make a futuristic jewellery for the future you. We will share design tool kits every week for you to build up your final jewellery piece.

What you will learn: 

• Ways of design thinking, as well as turning inspiration to final design.

• Intuitive making process.

• How to transform sustainable materials for your design.

• How to create your own jewellery findings, including earring hooks, jump rings, chains, linking mechanism.

Ideally, you would come to all 6 sessions. Outline of course will be given out in the first week. Beginner and intermediate learners are welcomed.
